Refund / Dispute Resolution Policy
Once an Online Course has been paid for and the User had enrolled in to that Course, then no refund is allowed. Refunds for Face to Face courses are at the discretion or Mauriora Associates Ltd.
Delivery/Returns Policy
The Courses delivered online are delivered through our Learning Management System. Face-to-Face learning is delivered at a facility to be advised at the time of registration.
Change of Terms
Mauriora Associates Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of use at any time.
